This Winchester Repeating Arms Co. manufactured two piece, full top, cardboard box with a red and white top label and red side band contains all 50 rounds of Spotlight 22 Short ammunition with copper cases and hollow point bullets and is in very good condition with light wear. This box was sealed by a buff piece of tape running across the bottom of the box. The tape has been broken on the front half and a piece of it is missing, but the back half remains sealed. This creates a hinge allowing the box to be opened. A buff insert with black printing is included in the box and features the codes 2305 and 5-19. The top label displays a line of trademark information, two patent dates on the right side, and the label codes 263 and 5-19. The side band features the dot punched date code on the front and the label codes 154 and 5-19 on the back. The labels do not state Hollow Point, but due to the fact that the seal is broken, we were able to confim the bullets are hollow point. The copper casings display the "H-10" headstamp and have a coating of tarnish present.

Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced in 1914 and was produced until 1920.
